Questions developers ask

Yes. We build to brand standard manuals for the recognised hotel and aparthotel brands as well as for independent operators. The brand-standard detailing on bedrooms, back-of-house and life-safety is second nature to us, not a learning curve.

Typically schemes from around 60 keys upward, including mid-rise and high-rise aparthotels. We are set up for full ground-up delivery rather than small extensions, and we mobilise a local supply chain around a Prometheus management team.

It depends on key count, frame type and ground conditions, but a mid-size city-centre hotel typically runs from start on site to handover across a programme we fix at contract stage and hold to.

Yes. Structural warranty, building control sign-off and insurance-backed cover are co-ordinated as part of the build, with the certificates handed over on completion.
