M&E and commissioning, tested, witnessed, signed off.

Mechanical, electrical and life-safety installed, tested and commissioned so the building works the day it opens. A hotel lives or dies on its services: heating, ventilation, hot water, power, fire and security all have to perform under load from the first guest. Prometheus manages the M&E package and the commissioning programme so handover is a tested building, not a hopeful one.

Both routes are available. We can take a consultant design and install and commission it, or carry the design responsibility under a design-and-build package. Either way the commissioning is ours to prove.

Each system is tested, balanced and run under load, then witnessed and signed off. We commission as an integrated programme so the systems work together, not just in isolation.

Yes. Sprinkler, detection, alarm and emergency lighting are installed, integrated with the building management and witnessed to current standard as part of the package.

Yes. At handover we provide O&M manuals, as-built information and training for the operator team so they can run and maintain the building from day one.
